Over two decades in the industry he earned a reputation as a natural dog whisperer, by learning to listen to a pet and ease its fears rather than push through them.
He started Elegant Pet Mobile Spa to bring that calm, reassuring approach directly to your doorstep. Anna handles the logistics and the planning, which is why you will usually be talking to her when you book.
The goal they set for the business is a simple one: turn every grooming session into a stress free, enjoyable and clearly communicated experience, for you as much as for your dog.
The business runs fully in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Booking, custom styling requests, questions about your dog's skin or coat: all of it is effortless in whichever of the three you are most comfortable with.
Most of what makes grooming stressful for a dog has nothing to do with the groom itself. It is the car ride, the strange building, the noise of other dogs, and the hours spent in a kennel waiting for a turn.
A mobile van removes all of it. Your dog walks a few steps from its own front door into a quiet space where it is the only animal, gets groomed start to finish in one continuous session, and comes straight back to you. Nervous dogs, older dogs and dogs that have had a bad experience somewhere else do noticeably better this way.
We use professional, low noise equipment and premium spa products, with a focus on full body wellness rather than just a haircut: skin, coat, ears, nails and teeth.
