The Full Service Groom is the whole job in one appointment. Your dog goes into the van, gets a hydrodynamic bath and a proper blow dry, a thorough brush out, and then the haircut: a custom breed standard trim or a full body clip, whichever suits the coat and the way you like your dog to look. Nails, ears and gland expression are part of it, not an upsell at the end.
One dog is in the van at a time, so there is no kennel and no waiting around between steps. Floriano works through the groom in one continuous session and your dog comes back to your door when it is done.
