These terms cover your use of this website and the mobile grooming services provided by Elegant Pet Mobile Spa LLC, doing business as Elegant Pet Mobile Spa, 3787 Mandarin Woods Dr N, Jacksonville, FL 32223.
Appointments are made by phone, by text, or through the chat on our home page. Because the van is booked one dog at a time and has to drive to you, a missed appointment is a slot nobody else could use, so please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
The van needs a legal, reachable place to park near your home, and access to nothing else. If we cannot safely park or reach your address we will call you rather than guess.
Tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy, anxiety or history of biting before the appointment. We may decline or stop a groom if we believe continuing is not safe for your pet or for us, and we will tell you plainly why. Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccination.
Severe matting cannot always be brushed out without hurting the animal. Where that is the case we will explain the position and, with your agreement, clip the coat short instead, because a comfortable pet matters more than a haircut.
Prices depend on size, coat and coat condition, and are quoted before we start. Payment is due when the groom is finished.
We sometimes photograph a finished groom for our gallery or social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph your pet and we will not.
Elegant Pet Mobile Spa sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, notices when an earlier opening becomes available, replies to questions customers send us, and occasional seasonal offers. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
